Journey Inspiration

Talking to one of my friends about the game Journey inspired this hour doodle. I was suppose to speed paint but I got a bit caught up in it and it ended up taking longer... 

Meteor Shower Inspiration

After hearing the possibility of a meteor shower in the UK, i felt obliged to look upwards whilst walking home, I saw no shower, but the sky was incredible... So I felt a meteor inspired drawing was in order.
After taking my place at the patio door with my laptop, tablet, carton of orange juice and cats jumping past me; all lights were dimmed and headphones were put in. This is the creation of about 2 hours work.. I enjoyed messing around with the colours, I'm not normally one for colourful pieces.
